HOW TO DOCUMENT YOUR DAY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA (Stop trying to think)
Stop trying to think up ideas for your videos/podcasts/writings on social).
JOURNALING THE DAY
Journaling or writing down your thoughts may be the perfect thing for you. Each night before bed you can write about your day, your feelings, people you like/love and then post on Social Media.
Write at least two-to-three sentence entries about things ranging from "What was your last meal? How could today have been better? Or what was the most memorable part of the day?”
DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTAINER
Get a jar or container and with a sharpie write "DAY IN THE LIFE OF _Your Name________ on the container and keep a notepad close by it.
Each day you can jot down something good that happened throughout the day and pop it into the jar. Maybe you got an A on your Communications class or got a new car. Just write it down. Make sure you put the date on the paper.
POST ONE PICTURE EACH DAY OF THE WEEK
I love to take pictures. Especially, of me in action throughout the day. And lots of them are just taken with my phone.
These pictures can be of anything. Walking up a flight of stairs or what you’re wearing each day.
Then post them on Social Media each day. You may get a few “haters” but keep posting because you also will get people who enjoy your variety and playfulness.
