How to Attract What You Want by Using the Power Circle
You can do this exercise in a small group or privately at home (preferably during morning hours).
1. Find Your Center. Let go of stress, tension, worry, and doubt. Stand completely still and breathe (4 short quick breaths through the nose, then 4 short quick breaths out the mouth).
2. Walk in Place. Walk continuously with your arms moving back and forth as though you are running a race.
3. Focus on One Thing You Want in the Next 3 Months.
Visualize an animated picture of yourself achieving your goal (e.g. scoring 3 goals in a soccer game, walking across the stage to receive your degree, or singing on TV).
4. Anchor Your Energy. Use an object about the size of a marble to represent the “one” thing you want in the next 3 months. Hold the object in your hand.
5. Move Your Facial Muscles. Move all 80 muscles in your face. Open your eyes and mouth wide, then close your eyes and mouth, all in one continuous movement (as if you were making funny faces in the mirror).
6. Move Your Breath with Sound. Move your breath by saying “ah, yes!” out loud. Say it louder!
7. Say Phrases Out Loud. Say these phrases out loud as you walk in place:
“I am powerful!”
“I am successful!”
“I am wealthy!”
“I am healthy!”
“I can attract anything I choose!” “It feels good to have this already!”
8. Pull the Star Back Into Yourself. Pull the Star into yourself by raising your fist towards the stars and pulling down the Energy as if you're pumping weights.
9. Say Phrases Out Loud Again. Say these phrases out loud as you walk in place:
“I attract whatever I choose” (3 times)
“And I choose ____________” (Say whatever you choose, out
loud, with intensity, 3 times)
10. Find Your Center Again. Stand completely still and breathe (4 short quick breaths through the nose, then 4 short quick breaths out the mouth). Raise your hand if you feel different than you did when you started this exercise.
